Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- 3. In a separate small bowl, stir together the almond butter, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla.
- 4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until fully mixed.
- 5. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in a flat layer, ensuring the oats are touching but not too thick.
- 6. Bake for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown on the edges, then let cool for 1 hour.
- 7. After cooling, break the granola into chunks and mix in the raisins and chocolate chips.
- 8. Store the granola in an airtight container at room temperature.
