Ingredients

The granola base

  • 3 cups rolled oats

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

The wet ingredients

  • ½ cup almond butter
  • cup honey
  • cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Add-ins

  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. 3. In a separate small bowl, stir together the almond butter, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla.
  4. 4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until fully mixed.
  5. 5. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in a flat layer, ensuring the oats are touching but not too thick.
  6. 6. Bake for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown on the edges, then let cool for 1 hour.
