Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan and press firmly into an even layer.
- Bake for 25-28 minutes until the top is set and golden brown around the edges.
- Allow to cool completely in the pan for 1 hour, then refrigerate for 1 more hour to firm up.
- Remove from the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into bars.
- Store tightly covered at room temperature for 1 week or in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
