Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch pan.
- In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In a large bowl, mix together the coconut oil, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla.
- Stir in the flour mixture until combined.
- Add the oats, nuts, and raisins, and stir to combine evenly.
- Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the edges are beginning to brown.
- Cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into bars.
