Wet Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (162°C).
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, warm the coconut oil, maple syrup, molasses, and optional vanilla extract.
- Pour the warm mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a large baking sheet.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once browned, remove from the oven and let cool completely on the pan before storing.
