Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with oil.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar using a mixer.
- Add the egg, honey, apple sauce, and vanilla extract to the mixture.
- Stir in the flour mixture and oats until just combined, then add the chocolate chips, raisins, and pecans.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish and flatten it evenly.
- Bake for 23-25 minutes until light brown at the edges.
- Allow to cool completely on a wire rack, then refrigerate before cutting into bars.
