Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- In a bowl, combine broccoli, cherry tomatoes, corn, onion, jalapeño, and sun-dried tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
- Stretch the pizza dough onto a 14-inch pizza pan and brush the outer edges with olive oil.
- Spread a thin layer of cashew cream onto the dough and sprinkle the vegetables evenly over it.
- Bake for 15 minutes until the crust is golden and the broccoli is tender.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with more cashew cream, then top with fresh basil, thyme, and red pepper flakes.
