Ingredients

The smoothie

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds (optional)
  • 1 Medjool date Medjool date
  • 1 scoop brown rice/pea protein

Toppings

  • to taste cacao nibs
  • to taste fresh fruit
  • to taste granola
  • to taste cereal
  • to taste coconut
  • to taste goji berries

Instructions

  1. Blend all smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and add your desired toppings.
