Ingredients

The smoothie

  • 1 pack frozen unsweetened acai
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 large overripe frozen banana
  • 1 piece pitted Medjool date
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • ¼ of an avocado avocado

Toppings

  • to taste cacao nibs
  • to taste unsweetened shredded coconut
  • to taste sliced banana
  • to taste granola

Instructions

  1. Break the acai pack into quarters.
  2. Place the acai and all other smoothie ingredients in a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, shaking if necessary for thicker consistency.
  4. Top with desired toppings.
