Honey Sriracha Grilled Chicken Thighs

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400ºF).
- Melt butter in a small saucepan, then add minced ginger and garlic, stirring until fragrant.
- Add smoked paprika, ground cloves, honey, sriracha, and lime juice to the saucepan, stir to combine, and let simmer for 4-5 minutes.
- Pat chicken thighs dry and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Grease the grill grates with cooking spray or an oil-soaked rag.
- Place chicken thighs on the grill, skin side down, and grill for 4-5 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and grill for another 4-5 minutes.
- Continue grilling, flipping every 3-4 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165ºF (about 25-30 minutes).
- During the last 5 minutes of grilling, brush the glaze on both sides of the chicken.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
