Ingredients

Whipped Cream

  • ¼ cup cold heavy cream
  • teaspoons granulated sugar
  • dash vanilla (optional)

Pink Hot Chocolate

  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 oz good-quality white chocolate, chopped
  • 2-4 drops red food coloring
  • sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill a mason jar in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  2. In the mason jar, combine cream, sugar, and optional vanilla.
  3. Shake the jar vigorously for about 5-7 minutes until the cream thickens.
  4. In a small saucepan, heat the milk and add the chopped white chocolate, stirring until dissolved.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the food coloring.
  6. Pour the hot chocolate into cups, add whipped cream on top, and sprinkle with optional sprinkles.
