Ingredients

The Chicken

  • 24 oz chicken breast

The Toppings

  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese
  • 12 oz spaghetti sauce
  • 2 tsp parsley

The Breading

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 oz water or milk

The Cooking

  • vegetable oil for frying

Seasoning

  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Pound the chicken breasts to flatten them.
  2. Set up a breading station with seasoned flour, egg wash, and bread crumbs.
  3. Coat the chicken in the seasoned flour, then the egg wash, and finally the bread crumbs.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the breaded chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Drain the fried chicken on racks.
  6. Place the chicken in a baking dish, top with spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Sprinkle parsley on top and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve immediately with your favorite pasta.
