Instructions
- Pound the chicken breasts to flatten them.
- Set up a breading station with seasoned flour, egg wash, and bread crumbs.
- Coat the chicken in the seasoned flour, then the egg wash, and finally the bread crumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the breaded chicken until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain the fried chicken on racks.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish, top with spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle parsley on top and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately with your favorite pasta.
