Instructions
- Combine dates, cashews, peanut butter, and water in a food processor and puree until the mixture starts to stick together.
- If necessary, add more water to help the mixture come together.
- Using your hands, squeeze the mixture into one big clump.
- Mash it down on a cutting board or wax paper to form an even rectangle shape.
- Slice into even squares, and store in the fridge or at room temperature.
