Peanut Butter Cookie Larabars

Instructions
- Line a standard loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until a sticky dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to the lined pan and press it evenly into the bottom.
- Refrigerate or freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
- Remove from the pan using parchment paper and slice into 6 bars.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
