Mango Larabars

mango chopped and dehydrated

Instructions
- For Chocolate Larabars, blend all ingredients in a food processor until chunky.
- Press the mixture into an 8x8 pan and refrigerate for an hour before cutting into 12 bars.
- For Banana Larabars, dehydrate banana slices in the oven for 2 ½ hours at 175°F.
- Blend the dehydrated bananas, dates, and walnuts in a food processor until chunky.
- Press into a loaf pan and refrigerate for an hour before cutting into 6 bars.
- For Mango Larabars, dehydrate chopped mango in the oven for 2 ½ hours at 175°F.
- Blend the dehydrated mango, dates, coconut flakes, almonds, lime juice, and zest in a food processor until chunky.
- Press into a loaf pan and refrigerate for an hour before cutting into 6 bars.
