Ingredients

Chocolate Larabars

  • 1 ½ cups dates
  • 1 cup cashews
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Banana Larabars

  • 2 bananas sliced and dehydrated
  • ½ cup dates
  • cup walnuts

Mango Larabars

  • 1 small mango chopped and dehydrated
  • ½ cup dates
  • ¼ cup coconut flakes
  • cup almonds
  • 1 juice lime
  • 1 tsp lime zest

Instructions

  1. For Chocolate Larabars, blend all ingredients in a food processor until chunky.
  2. Press the mixture into an 8x8 pan and refrigerate for an hour before cutting into 12 bars.
  3. For Banana Larabars, dehydrate banana slices in the oven for 2 ½ hours at 175°F.
  4. Blend the dehydrated bananas, dates, and walnuts in a food processor until chunky.
  5. Press into a loaf pan and refrigerate for an hour before cutting into 6 bars.
  6. For Mango Larabars, dehydrate chopped mango in the oven for 2 ½ hours at 175°F.
  7. Blend the dehydrated mango, dates, coconut flakes, almonds, lime juice, and zest in a food processor until chunky.
  8. Press into a loaf pan and refrigerate for an hour before cutting into 6 bars.
