Homemade Banana Bread Larabars

Instructions
- Slice the small banana and lay it on a greased baking sheet.
- Cook the banana at 175°F for 2-3 hours until dry, optionally using a food dehydrator.
- Chop the dates and add them along with the dried banana to a food processor. Process for 1-2 minutes.
- Set the mixture aside and add the raw almonds to the food processor. Process for 1 minute.
- Combine the almond mixture with the date and banana paste and blend well using your hands. Divide into two halves.
- Place each half on a piece of saran wrap, fold it over, and roll flat with a rolling pin or soup can to shape.
- Refrigerate the bars.
