Glo Banana Bar

Instructions
- Slice 1 small banana and lay it on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 175°F for 2-3 hours, flipping once after 60-90 minutes.
- Chop ¾ cup of dates and add them along with the dried banana to a food processor. Process for 1-2 minutes.
- Set the mixture aside in a bowl. Add 1 cup of raw almonds to the food processor and process for 1 minute.
- Combine the almond mixture with the date and banana paste, and blend well with your hands. Divide the mixture into 2 halves.
- Separate each half into 3 equal pieces to form a total of 6 bars.
- Wrap the bars in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
- Unwrap a bar when ready to eat and enjoy your healthy snack!
