Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except for the fresh thyme in a blender and process until smooth, or whisk together in a mason jar until emulsified.
- If using a blender, mix in the fresh thyme after blending.
- Store the dressing in a sealed, airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
- Let the dressing sit out for about 10 minutes before serving if it solidifies in the fridge, then shake well.
