Maple Balsamic Herb Dressing

Ingredients

  • ΒΌ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except for the fresh thyme in a blender and process until smooth, or whisk together in a mason jar until emulsified.
  2. If using a blender, mix in the fresh thyme after blending.
  3. Store the dressing in a sealed, airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  4. Let the dressing sit out for about 10 minutes before serving if it solidifies in the fridge, then shake well.
