Puff Pastry Baked Eggs

chopped bell pepper

asparagus pieces (1-inch pieces)
The seasoning and cheese

Italian seasoning

grated Parmesan cheese

shredded mozzarella cheese

crushed red pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Thaw the puff pastry and cut it into 4 squares.
- Place the squares on one side of a baking pan and prick the tops with a fork.
- In a bowl, toss the vegetables with oil, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, and salt.
- Spread the vegetables on the other side of the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Make an indentation in the center of each pastry square and fill with vegetables.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and crack an egg into each indentation.
- Sprinkle with crushed red pepper and salt, then bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
