Ingredients

The smoothie base

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

The fruits

  • 1 ripe kiwi, peeled
  • 1 small green apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ½ ripe avocado, peeled and pitted

The flavor enhancers

  • ½ inch piece of ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 2 teaspoons raw honey

Optional

  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, including ice if desired.
  2. Blend for 30-45 seconds until thick and creamy.
  3. Serve immediately.
