Healthy Pumpkin Banana Muffins

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with liners and nonstick spray.
- 2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas and whisk in the eggs, pumpkin puree, coconut sugar, coconut oil, and vanilla.
- 3. In a separate bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt.
- 4. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and stir well. Add any optional chocolate chips or nuts.
- 5. Divide the batter into the muffin tin and bake for 26-28 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
