Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together all the wet ingredients.
- Add the flour ½ cup at a time, mixing gently.
- Incorporate the hemp seeds, flax seeds, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
- Scoop the mixture into muffin liners, making 16-18 muffins.
- Sprinkle extra oats and seeds on top for garnish.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool and enjoy.
