Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Ripe Bananas
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Purée
  • ¼ cup Date Paste or Honey
  • 2 pieces Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • ¼ cup Avocado oil
  • cups White Whole Wheat Flour
  • cup Quick Oats
  • ¼ cup Ground Flax
  • ¼ cup Hemp Seeds
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • tsp Baking soda
  • ½ tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together all the wet ingredients.
  3. Add the flour ½ cup at a time, mixing gently.
  4. Incorporate the hemp seeds, flax seeds, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
  5. Scoop the mixture into muffin liners, making 16-18 muffins.
  6. Sprinkle extra oats and seeds on top for garnish.
  7. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool and enjoy.
