Vegan Gluten-Free Zucchini Fritters

vegan remoulade, sour cream or plain yogurt

sea salt

ground black pepper

garlic powder

vegan remoulade
Instructions
- Mix salt with the grated zucchini and let it sit for a few minutes.
- Squeeze out the liquid from the grated zucchini using a paper towel.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl, including the remaining salt.
- Shape the mixture into patties or desired shapes.
- Cook in a pan over medium heat for 7-9 minutes on each side, or bake at 400°F (205°C) for 10-12 minutes on each side.
- Serve with sides of your choice.
