Double Layer Cashew Butter Chocolate Fudge

The cashew layer

Instructions
- Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper, using oil to help the paper stick.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt all ingredients for the chocolate layer, stirring until combined.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish and refrigerate.
- In a medium bowl, combine the ingredients for the cashew butter layer using a hand mixer or by stirring well.
- Remove the baking dish from the refrigerator and pour the cashew butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
- Return the dish to the refrigerator for at least two hours before slicing.
