Cookie Dough Fudge

Instructions
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Brown the butter or melt the ghee and set aside.
- Process the cashews in a food processor until they turn into a meal, then drizzle in the melted coconut oil and process until a thick dough forms.
- In a bowl, combine the cashew butter, browned butter or ghee, and coconut flour until smooth.
- Add the honey, salt, vanilla, and cinnamon, and mix well.
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap and freeze for 20 minutes.
- Fold in the chocolate chips after removing the dough from the freezer.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared pan and press it down evenly.
- Freeze again for 20 minutes to firm up.
- Cut into pieces and serve, storing any leftovers in the freezer.
