Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy, then add the egg and vanilla and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt, then mix into the dough until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and toffee chips until just combined.
- Roll the dough into tablespoon-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, adding extra chips on top if desired.
- Chill the cookie sheet in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until the tops are slightly browned, then let them cool on a wire rack.
