Instructions
- Brown the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until it foams and turns golden brown.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix the brown butter with the sugars, then add eggs and vanilla, beating until light and thick.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture, then fold in the chopped toffee and chocolate wafers.
- Let the dough rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart, and sprinkle with sea salt.
