Chocolate Toffee Cookies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare two baking sheets.
- Melt the chocolate and butter together in the microwave or over low heat, then let it cool to lukewarm.
- In a bowl, beat together the brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix in the melted chocolate, then stir in the flour, toffee bits, and chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for about 12 minutes until the tops are cracked and dry but still soft.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring them to a rack to cool completely.
