Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sea salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
- In a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugars until light and creamy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, beating for an additional 2 minutes.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips, chopped hazelnuts, and toffee bits.
- Drop about 2 tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
