Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sea salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
- In a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugars until light and creamy, then add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and toffee bits.
- Drop about 2 tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12 minutes until edges are golden brown, then cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
