Butterscotch, Toffee, Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ cups brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup butterscotch chips
  • ¾ cup Heath Toffee Bits
  • to taste extra sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sea salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
  3. In a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugars until light and creamy, then add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and toffee bits.
  6. Drop about 2 tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 12 minutes until edges are golden brown, then cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
