Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, and sugar, and beat until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until well blended.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped Heath bars.
- Drop the dough by heaping tablespoons onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, ensuring cookies are placed 2 inches apart.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a minute before transferring to a cooling rack.
