Instructions
- Prepare the dough the night before by mixing flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl, then adding water until a sticky dough forms. Cover and let sit for 12-24 hours.
- The next day, slice the onions and cook them in butter over low heat for about an hour until caramelized.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet with foil and olive oil.
- Scrape the fermented dough onto a floured surface and stretch it into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Spread olive oil and Italian seasoning on the dough, then add the thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, caramelized onions, and crumbled feta.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until the edges are golden brown, then slice and serve.
