Instructions
- Combine flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl, then add water to form a sticky dough. Cover and let it sit at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F. Prepare a baking sheet with foil and non-stick spray, then sprinkle cornmeal on top.
- Dust the dough with flour, knead gently, and flatten it. Transfer to the baking sheet and stretch to fit.
- Drizzle olive oil over the dough and sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
- Add sliced red onion, salami, provolone, and artichokes as toppings. Finish with crushed red pepper.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Cut into eight pieces and serve.
