The flatbread

  • 1 large pizza dough (homemade or storebought)

The toppings

  • to taste Italian seasonings
  • to taste freshly-cracked black pepper
  • to taste coarsely flaked or ground sea salt (or smoked sea salt)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired size and thickness.
  3. Brush the top of the rolled-out dough lightly with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle the top generously with Italian seasonings, freshly-cracked black pepper, and coarsely-flaked salt.
