Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to package directions, adding broccoli in the last two minutes.
- Drain the gnocchi and broccoli.
- Heat the butter and oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sage, walnuts, salt, and pepper to the skillet and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Toss the butter mixture with the gnocchi and broccoli.
- Add the Parmesan and serve.
