Ingredients

The Gnocchi and Vegetables

  • 12 ounces gnocchi
  • 1 head broccoli

The Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • ¼ cup sage
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 ounces fresh Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package directions, adding broccoli in the last two minutes.
  2. Drain the gnocchi and broccoli.
  3. Heat the butter and oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the sage, walnuts, salt, and pepper to the skillet and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Toss the butter mixture with the gnocchi and broccoli.
  6. Add the Parmesan and serve.
