Instructions
- Cook the ricotta gnocchi according to the recipe instructions.
- Melt the butter in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the sage leaves and crushed red pepper flakes to the melted butter and cook until the butter turns light brown and the sage leaves are crispy.
- Remove the pan from heat and add the cooked gnocchi, lemon zest, and lemon juice, tossing to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with Parmesan cheese.
