- Shape the dough into a disk, wrap it in plastic wrap, and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Let the dough sit at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes before rolling it out on parchment paper.
- Roll the dough into a 12-inch circle and transfer it to a lightly floured pie dish.
- If pre-baking, prick the bottom with a fork, add pie weights, and bake according to your recipe's instructions.
