Easy Gluten Free Pie Crust

Instructions
- Pulse flour and frozen butter in a food processor until combined.
- Add xanthan gum, sugar, and salt, and pulse until butter is in small pieces.
- Drizzle in ice water and pulse until the mixture is crumbly and light yellow.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl, shape into a ball, and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Allow the dough to rest at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes before rolling.
- Roll the dough out on a floured surface to about ¼ to ⅛ inch thick.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a pie dish and trim the excess, then flute the edges.
