Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons flax seed meal
  • tablespoons ground chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt

Wet Ingredients

  • ¼ cup applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Whisk together the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients using an electric mixer.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix again.
  5. Press the mixture into a glass pie dish.
  6. Bake for about 12 minutes.
  7. Allow the crust to cool before adding your desired filling.
