Instructions
- Combine arrowroot powder, coconut flour, and salt in a food processor.
- Pulse in the palm shortening and maple syrup until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into a 9-inch glass pie dish.
- For no-bake pies, bake at 350°F for 13-18 minutes until golden.
- For baked pies, par-bake at 350°F for 8-12 minutes.
- Allow to cool before filling.
