Ingredients

  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • ½ cup palm shortening or salted butter, cold
  • ¼ cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine arrowroot powder, coconut flour, and salt in a food processor.
  2. Pulse in the palm shortening and maple syrup until a dough forms.
  3. Press the dough into a 9-inch glass pie dish.
  4. For no-bake pies, bake at 350°F for 13-18 minutes until golden.
  5. For baked pies, par-bake at 350°F for 8-12 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool before filling.
