Instructions
- Combine apple cider and brandy in a one-gallon ice cream pail.
- Freeze the mixture for at least 8 hours, or up to a month.
- Remove from the freezer 1 to 2 hours before serving to allow it to soften.
- Scoop 1 cup of the slush into a glass and top with hard cider or sparkling water.
