Ingredients

The slush base

  • 64 ounces apple cider
  • 2 cups brandy

For serving

  • to taste hard apple cider or sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Combine apple cider and brandy in a one-gallon ice cream pail.
  2. Freeze the mixture for at least 8 hours, or up to a month.
  3. Remove from the freezer 1 to 2 hours before serving to allow it to soften.
  4. Scoop 1 cup of the slush into a glass and top with hard cider or sparkling water.
