Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese at room temperature and preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, dried oregano, paprika, and salt. Fold in half of the grated parmesan cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, smooth it out, and layer with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni slices. Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 15 minutes until bubbling and melty, then broil for 1 to 2 minutes for a crispy top. Serve with baguette slices.
