Lemongrass, Cilantro & Garlic Grilled Chicken Wings

The chicken

Instructions
- Combine olive oil, lemongrass or zest, cilantro, garlic, turmeric, sea salt, and pepper in a food processor to make a seasoning paste.
- Reserve about 2 tbsp of the marinade for drizzling before serving.
- Marinate the chicken wings in the paste for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the grill for medium direct heat at 350 degrees (375 degrees if using a pellet smoker).
- Grill the wings for approximately 15-18 minutes, turning halfway, until the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.
- Remove the wings from the grill and drizzle with the reserved marinade before serving.
