Instructions
- Mix all dry rub ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Coat the chicken wings with the dry rub mixture.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (350º-400ºF).
- Place the wings on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, turning as needed.
- Move the wings to indirect heat and close the lid, cooking for another 6-8 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
