Ingredients

The wings

  • 3 pounds chicken wings party style

The marinade

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon parsley leaves chopped
  • 1 tablespoon thyme leaves chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon pepper
  • teaspoons minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken wings in a bowl or resealable bag.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic in a medium bowl.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken wings and marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  5. Place the marinated chicken wings on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes per side, turning occasionally.
  6. Remove the wings from the grill and garnish with additional chopped parsley before serving.
