Instructions
- Place the chicken wings in a bowl or resealable bag.
- Whisk together olive oil, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic in a medium bowl.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken wings and marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Place the marinated chicken wings on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes per side, turning occasionally.
- Remove the wings from the grill and garnish with additional chopped parsley before serving.
