Instructions
- Wash and dry the chicken wings thoroughly.
- In a bowl, mix the thyme, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, white or black pepper, cayenne pepper, bouillon powder, and optional brown sugar.
- Coat the chicken wings with the spice mixture and drizzle with oil to prevent sticking.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grill surface.
- Place the wings on the grill and cook for about 20-30 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes until golden brown.
