Ingredients

The chicken wings

  • 3 pounds chicken wings

The seasoning

  • 2 teaspoons thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon white or black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon bouillon powder
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar (optional)

For grilling

  • 2-3 tablespoons cooking oil

Sauces

  • Caribbean Pepper Sauce
  • African Pepper Sauce
  • Remoulade Sauce

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the chicken wings thoroughly.
  2. In a bowl, mix the thyme, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, white or black pepper, cayenne pepper, bouillon powder, and optional brown sugar.
  3. Coat the chicken wings with the spice mixture and drizzle with oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grill surface.
  5. Place the wings on the grill and cook for about 20-30 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes until golden brown.
