Grilled Cajun Chicken Wings

Instructions
- Mix the seasonings in a small bowl.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the wings and toss to coat.
- Arrange the wings on a wire rack inside a baking sheet lined with foil, leaving space between each wing.
- Refrigerate the wings uncovered for 6-8 hours or overnight.
- Bring the wings to room temperature and wrap them in foil packets.
- Preheat the grill to 350°F and place the foil packets on it.
- Cook the wings for 10 minutes, then flip the packets and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Cut open the top of the packets and cook for an additional 6-8 minutes to dry them out slightly.
- Remove the packets from the grill and serve with dressing, celery sticks, and lemon juice.
