Instructions
- Pat the chicken wings dry and drizzle with liquid smoke and soy sauce.
- Sprinkle the BBQ rub evenly over the wings.
- Marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour (optional).
- Coat the grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Preheat the grill to 425°F.
- Place the wings on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes.
- Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F before removing from the grill.
- Cool the wings before serving.
