Instructions
- Drizzle liquid smoke and soy sauce over chicken.
- Place chicken in Ziploc bags, add seasonings, seal, and refrigerate overnight.
- Grill chicken on medium-high heat, flipping occasionally for 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Melt butter in the microwave and brush it over the chicken along with BBQ sauce.
- Remove chicken from the grill and garnish with parsley before serving.
