Smoked BBQ Chicken Wings

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and set up direct and indirect heating zones.
- Rinse the chicken wings and pat them dry, then coat with olive oil and sprinkle the BBQ rub.
- Add wood chips to the fire and allow them to start smoking.
- Place the wings on the indirect heat side of the grill and smoke for about 30 to 40 minutes, turning once for even cooking.
- Move the wings to direct heat, apply BBQ sauce to both sides, and grill for an additional 10 minutes to develop char marks.
- Check the internal temperature of the wings to ensure they reach 165 degrees.
- Tent the wings for 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve with extra BBQ sauce and your choice of sides.
