Ingredients

The wings

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, mid sections and drumettes

The marinade

  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons homemade dry rub
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a large bowl, marinate the chicken wings with garlic, dry rub, honey, and soy sauce, mixing well to coat evenly.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the wings to marinate for at least 1 hour, or ideally overnight.
  4. Preheat the grill and grill the marinated chicken wings until golden brown and charred on both sides.
  5. Serve immediately.
